WE MADE IT!!!!!

Congratulations Team...you did it...you made it to the last week before Christmas Break in 2020!

I am so in awe of each of you. You've worked this year, in situations that you never dreamed possible, and you have worked tirelessly. This year has stretched you and made you learn new skills just so that your students would be successful. I want you to know that I truly appreciate all of the hard work and sacrifices that you have made each and every day!
This holiday season, please rest and enjoy yourselves. You all truly deserve it!

Week 14

Hey there...I hope you are all doing well and staying safe. Can you believe that we have 2 weeks before Christmas break?   You all have been working so diligently,  putting so much time and effort into your instruction and connections. Let's strive to finish these last couple of weeks strong.   We can do this team!

NO 03'S OR TEAM MEETINGS THIS WEEK...

Communication

It is extremely important that you all check your emails at least 3 times a day. Because we are working remotely, we have to stay in communication with each other. When you receive a email, whether it's from myself or a parent, please respond in a timely manner. It shouldn't be longer than 24 hours. We must remain professional while working remotely.

Also, like Ms. Boyer stated last week, please be mindful that you are a guest in people's homes when you are teaching Virtually.  Make sure that your appearance, demeanor, voice level, facial expressions, etc, do not cause undo negative attention or feedback.  Parents are watching and are looking for evidence that you care about their child.

Attendance

Please be sure to carefully check your attendance before sending it to me. Principal Boyer receives attendance audits on a regular basis and she is asking that we pay closer attention to attendance.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

All parent-teacher conferences should be done by early Friday. If you have a student that is failing, I should be informed.

Team Touch Points

Specials Teachers -

  • Please make sure that you print your attendance for the previous week no later than Tuesday morning. I will sign off on it and file it for you.
  • This week begins Trimester 2.  Please be prepared to go "full time" each and every day.  Let me know if you are running into complications.

SpEd Teachers -

Input ELA Interim Data

  • At this point all ELA interims should be completed. If you still have students with outstanding ELA interim testing, this MUST be completed by Wednesday.
