Good Morning Team!

Welcome to a new week and a new month! I hope you had a great weekend and were able to get out and enjoy the warmer temperatures and sunshine. 

03's and GLT's

I am not holding 03's this week...they will be on an as needed basis due to FLO's.  However, I am always available to you should you need me.  

I will plan to have Grade Level Team meetings, so plan to attend.  

Full Lesson Observations

Full lesson Observations are continue this week. Again, this FLO is unannounced so I am going to ask that you make sure I have your weekly lesson plans for this week, as this is a part of the observation.

Grade Book, Report Cards and Sped Progress Reports

Grade level teachers will be sending home student Progress Reports on Friday, March 5th.  (This is not you!)  Grade Book will be closing on Friday, March 12 for 2nd trimester grades.  Trimester 2 ends on Friday, March 19 and Report Cards will go home.  

Specials teachers...please make sure that your grades are in as soon as possible after the 12th.  Also, remember, students who have poor attendance should not be getting good grades for specials.  If you have a question, please see me.

Sped Teachers...You need to have your student Progress Reports done and ready to send to parents by March 19.  You do not want to wait until the last minute to complete these. 

Parent Teacher Conferences

Grade level teachers are starting to schedule their Parent Teacher Conferences.  Please collaborate with them so that you can sit in on your students conferences as needed.

M-Step Testing

Well, it looks as though MSTEP testing is a "go" for this year.  So, we really need to work to help prepare the kids for this testing.  If there is any further communication, I will keep you in the loop. 

Upcoming Events

3/12  Early Release Day for students; 1:30 pm; Grade Book Closes

3/15 Monday:  All Staff will work from the building for a half day of teaching and a half day of training

3/19  End of Trimester 2 Report Cards and Sped Progress Reports sent home

3/22-26  Parent Teacher Conference Week

3/29  Spring Break Week
